Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Thank you for your patience.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping (U.S.)

  • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout

International Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout

  • Note: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Roots is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at bykyabeauty@icuroots.com with photos of the items and packaging, and we will assist you.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment fees.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes for expedited shipping.

  • Shipping delays may occur during holidays or due to carrier issues.
